(TSX-V: CTW) announced today that it has granted AXYS Technologies an exclusive license to combine and integrate the Vindicator® Laser Wind Sensor with custom AXYS marine floating platforms, and sell the bundled products worldwide. The exclusive license expands on a previously announced agreement signed by both companies.

Catch the Wind Ltd. (TSX-V: CTW), developer and manufacturer of the Vindicator® Laser Wind Sensor (LWS) and other wind sensor products, today reported its financial results for the three- and six-month periods ended June 30, 2010. All figures are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

WeatherBug® Professional to test wind measurement capabilities of Vindicator® LWS

Catch the Wind Ltd. (TSX-V: CTW), developer and manufacturer of the Vindicator® laser wind sensor (LWS) and other wind sensor products, announced today that it has signed a six-month evaluation agreement with AWS Convergence Technologies, owner and operator of the WeatherBug brand of professional and consumer weather products and services.

Through its WeatherBug® Professional division, AWS will install a Vindicator® LWS unit at a to be determined location to test its capabilities for wind speed measurement and wind profiling.
